For Trainee

onlinecolleges.co.in is only responsible for the transaction made on the website onlinecolleges.co.in. Trainee having option to pay directly to trainer also in which onlinecolleges.co.in will not be responsible for any of the transaction made between trainer and trainee.

• The refund shall be considered in the event where there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from onlinecolleges.co.in.
• In the event a customer has paid for a service and then requests for a refund only because there was a change in mind, the refund shall not be considered as there was no fault, defect or onus on onlinecolleges.co.in.
• Refund request shall not be entertained on or before 48 hours of the event date which has been mentioned in the website onlinecolleges.co.in.
• However, we shall give you the option of using the amount paid by you for an alternative service in onlinecolleges.co.in amounting to the same value and the said amount could be applied in part or whole towards the said new service.
• If the request for a refund has been raised after the date of event, the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the work has been completed. Then such refund shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.
• If the request for the refund has been approved by onlinecolleges.co.in the same shall be processed and intimated to you via email. This refund process could take a minimum of 21 (twenty one) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank accordingly.
• If any of the event cancelled by trainer, the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the event has been cancelled and such refund process could take a minimum of 21 (twenty one) business days to process and shall be credited to your bank account accordingly.
• All the refund will be made only for the service charges. All taxes paid during the transactions are non-refundable.
• All refund request with service details need to be mailed to customarcare@onlinecolleges.co.in from the registered email ID.

For Trainer

If the request for a refund has been raised after 48 hours of membership approval, the same has been intimated and indicated via email or through any form of communication stating that the member has been approved. Then such refund request shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered.

II. Website

onlinecolleges.co.in is not responsible for any damage resulting from use of this website by anyone. You will abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations in your use of the website. You will not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the use and enjoyment of the website by other users.
